If an item becomes unavailable, you'll be notified and your credit card will be refunded. (For t-shirt and sweatshirts, you will receive a comparable better quality replacement)
It is not The Embroidery Shop’s responsibility if your items do not fit and we will not issue credit for these items. We have basic t-shirt & sweatshirt sizing all the time. For other items--especially women's specific fit items--we can provide sizing charts if your organization does not order and pay for sample sizing.
Orders will not be processed until the sale has expired. . Please allow 2 weeks from the date the store closes to receive your goods.

*If you have a problem with your order, i.e., you receive the wrong item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery/pickup to contact us about the matter. After 7 days, you will not receive the correct item or a refund.
IF THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL ITEM/S THAT YOU WOULD LIKE ADDED TO THE STORE, PLEASE EMAIL AND WE WILL WORK TO ADD THESE ITEMS TO THE STORE.
